    To Quicken Anja ... I performed the steps you had recommended and still received the same OL-304-A error.
    "Your financial institution does not recognize the account Vanguard Funds (OL-304-A). " Version image attached.

    Anja ... I performed the steps outlined in the support article re: OL-304-A. While the accounts were successfully deactivated and re-activated, I am still receiving the same error.

    I am having the exact same problem with a Vanguard account. I get error code OL-304-A. The last time it successfully downloaded transactions was 4/17/21. I have tried unsuccessfully several times since 5/5/21. Absolutely nothing has changed on the Vanguard side or in the Quick Vanguard account. However, my other Vanguard accounts download properly. Any suggestions?

    by chance did you 'customize' the view on the vanguard website?  I found that if I use Vanguard's customize feature, the accounts that I hide no longer will download to Quicken.   Once I reset the customized view at Vanguard (and then waited a few hours), everything downloaded perfectly.

    Thank you Mark1104!!! I was having the same problem. I posted the following: "Problem solved. Sometime ago I modified my desktop in Vanguard by hiding my IRA accounts. These accounts were the ones that were not downloading. I read a posting suggesting that that may be the cause of the problem. I put them back in view yesterday, and today they are all downloading fine. It did not work right away, apparently it resets overnight."
