Unable to backup to flash drive

    I'm having a similar problem. I have been using a thumb drive for backup for years. Now Quicken says it cannot find it.

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report this issue although, I apologize that you have not received a response.

    Are you seeing any type of error message when attempting to backup? I have a few tests to perform to help further isolate the issue. First, are you able to save a backup to somewhere other than a flash drive without issue? Next Are you able to open the flash drive outside of Quicken? 

    Please let me know what you find!
