One-step-update says it's updating online bills but it does not

One-step-update states it is requesting updates from online billers and completes without errors. However, when you go to the Bills & Income tab and click Refresh Bill on a specific biller, that biller moves from the bottom "awaiting next bill" up to a specific date and shows a new bill that due. This morning it was an Entergy bill, but I have had the problem on several of my online billers.
