Quicken is a DESKTOP product, with some optional online features.   There is NO  "online subscription" because there's no  Online Quicken that has a subscription.
Quicken on the Web is free ... no  subscription.
Quicken Mobile is free ... no subscription.
SO, exactly what do you mean  by "online subscription"?
AND, what Q product are you running?  What BUILD of that product? And what's your "Membership Valid Thru" date?  This info can be found at HELP, About Quicken.

Q user since February, 1990. DOS Version 4

If you haven't already, you may want to review Downgrade at: https://www.quicken.com/support/how-do-i-manage-my-quicken-subscription

And we do not recommend downgrading to Starter.  If you do not renew the Starter version your data goes into read only mode and you can't enter transactions.  You can still use the higher versions but only manually.

I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.

And Quicken Starter doesn't handle investment or loan accounts.
