Getting Error CC-508 when downloading transaction from Patelco Credit Union

Just started getting this error tonight. The quicken error says there is a Popup from my financial institution that needs your response. I don't see a popup of course so i can't respond to it. Anyone seeing this? I'll check in the morning if it's gone away. i've attached an image of the error

    i logged onto the Patelco Website and completed the request to verify my contact information. After doing that, i went back into quicken and follwed the prompts to udate my account. It is now working as it should.
