What does Customizing do

I see customized entries in the catagories. What are they? Why are some duplicates, and some not, of the entries I made manually?

Please elaborate upon what you mean by "customized entries". What do they say or look like? That term isn't "Quicken standard terminology", so I really don't understand what you're saying.

Now that I am looking at this it seems to have something to do with the Bank (Bank Of America) rewards.
