Problem trying to import a .QXF file.

I am told that my subscription expired and I have to renew. When I go to Quicken I see that my subscription does not expire for one year.

Hi @harris210 .  The first thing I would do is to see if signing out of Quicken and then signing back in resolves this issue for you.  Sometimes the Cloud Account gets out of sync with the Quicken.com account and signing out/signing back in can refresh the Cloud Account fixing the issue.
To sign out/sign back in:  Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID and Cloud Accounts > Sign in as a different user.  Follow the prompts and then sign back in using your current Quicken ID and PW.
If this does not resolve the issue for you, you should contact Quicken Support:  https://www.quicken.com/support#contact-support.

Your title shows as "Problem trying to import a .QXF file".
.QXF files are used to move the information between Windows and Mac computers.  They have nothing to do with downloads from banks and importation.
Did you really mean to write .QFX (F in the middle, not an X) ?
