I can see that old discussions you started have been archived and you have made ten comments of which seven were posted yesterday and all are in https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7901630/charles-schwab-update-issues-windows-edited/p1  This appears to be a discussion the moderators are using to collect the Schwab posts.

Note that when the moderators merge your comments into another thread, they aren't "deleted", but they just aren't separate comments/discussions any more.

If you select your forum icon from the top right of the page:

That will take you to a page that has links to your discussions and comments so that you can find them again after they have been moved.

Yup, and they locked out that thread telling the community the issue was resolved.  It definitely isn't resolved, so I was trying to start a new thread that wasn't CC501 errors.  They fixed that.  But they haven't fixed transaction downloading.

They deleted my thread start TWICE.  Not cool.

I do not see where the moderators are telling the community the issue was resolved.  Note: The status of a discussion does not indicate the status of the issue being discussed.  Moderators may close a discussion for many reasons.  In this particular case, they have placed the discussion in a restricted category.  It isn't closed but we can not edit posts or a additional comments.

Generally, if an issue is already being discussed, there's no need to start a new discussion and, if you have nothing new to add other than a me too, it's better to simply bookmark the discussion so that you may be notified of updates to the thread.

Here is a thread where they gave the reason for closing that long thread.
