Does anyone know how to get into Customer support. I've been on hold for over 30 minutes. Chat is equally non-responsive.

    Have you tried the Premium Support number?  It's the same support but should put you ahead some number of the ordinary users in the queue.

    However, the Premium Support line only works for those who have a Premier subscription or higher or pay for it separately. @jhmh has a deluxe subscription from what I can tell.
