Hiow do I get the account bar to display?

in New to Quicken/Getting Started (Windows)
After inputting the data from Quicken 2016 I can only get the page showing how I have spent my money and the right side of that is cut off. I have clicked "dock" and "left for the account bar but nothing appears. Help please.
