update transactions hangs

Just installed new quicken program update, tried to update transactions -- quicken hangs, have to restart computer. Can't you fix this problem?

That alert shows resolved but the problem persists. Discover accounts complete quickly in one step update but the other accounts spin indefinitely in "Processing Data."
