Fidelity (Elan) Credit Card Problem

When I try to update my Fidelity Credit Card(Elan Bank) I get message that "financial institution's website has a new page or popup window which needs your response" but there is no popup and I can still get access to the account my normal way through my browser. Quicken for Windows

Intuit continues to have difficulty maintaining the Express Web Connect connection method for Quicken. If you are not willing to accept the unreliability of this connection method, I suggest you use the Web Connect connection method instead. I had the same problem since Jan 6. I logged into the website https://login.fidelityrewards.com/ and it was prompting me for my income. I entered 0, then logged off and after that Quicken downloaded as normal2

The response from sellis89 on 1/11 is EXACTLY what needs to be done. I followed this advice and my problem (that appeared it was an Elan issue) was resolved. Thanks for the help sellis89!1
