How do I sign out of my Quicken account to log in again as myself - not another user?

If I use the "Sign in as a different user" to sign out, will everything be the same when I sign in again with my own Quicken ID?

Yes.  The "Sign in as a different user" simply logs you out of Quicken and then allows anyone, including yourself using your current login info, to log in.

One of the reasons for signing in again as yourself is to update the information Quicken desktop has about your subscription after it has gotten messed up, so, signing back in as yourself is a perfectly fine action to take.
