I was on the phone with support for 1.5 hours to correct CC-501 error after this last update. Could not fix and told me to call back Monday. [Removed - Disruptive]

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community and expressing your concerns here, though I apologize for any frustration you may have experienced.
I took the liberty of reviewing your interaction with support as well as the ticket notes.
What I've found is that your CC-501 issue has been escalated with our escalation team which we do not have an ETA on resolution. You were advised to call back on Monday for a follow-up on that escalation. When you call on Monday to follow up, please be sure to reference your ticket number. Your ticket number is T-9185532.
