downloading on Vanguard does not download all detail

Thank you for contacting the Community, I am sorry that you are experiencing this, I understand how it can be frustrating.
From what I understand, you are experiencing issues with downloading Vangaurd's transactions properly and getting detailed tracking. I have located a thread between some other users that seem to have been experiencing an issue similar to yours where they found a workaround resolution for this problem, I have linked the thread below:
