Quicken keeps syncing when turned off
I'm not really new to quicken, but I can't figure this one out. On Win 10 Home version, I have Quicken Deluxe, R39.23, Build 18.104.22.168, but the problem has been around for several versions. Under Preferences, Mobile & Web, I have Sync turned off, but every now and then I get the message Syncing Quicken and Cloud Data. How do I stop this? Thanks...Steve
