TD Bank Downloads stopped working after Version R39.23 Build 27.1.39.23

Downloads were working fine until I upgraded to the latest software release for Windows 10 R39.23 Build 27.1.39.23 for Home, Business & Rental Property. Any suggestions as this software is so frustrating.
