Update troubleshoot

My Quicken updated overnight. It is asking reinstall the correct version. I am using the correct password (yes - double and triple checked) and it is not allowing me in. If I click on Forgot Password?, nothing happens. Thoughts?

    Please give us the exact error message you are seeing.

    Is this your Quicken ID password or a data file password that you normally enter every time you start Quicken?
