Safe CU has stopped downloading transactions? Do I need to change something?

First, which connection method are you using to connect (i.e.: Express Web Connect or Direct Connect)? And are you receiving any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) while trying to connect that you could provide us with here, please?

Connection is Direct connect and the error code is OL-393-A. It has been working but stopped in the last couple of weeks.0
