Quicken Windows for Canada release notes?

Looks like the latest ones I can find here are from over a year ago for version 33.7
I just installed R40.23
Anyone know where the release notes might be accessed?
Curious to know if they have fixed anything useful to me...

Using Quicken since sometime before the beta test of Quicken 6 for Windows in 1996... B)

    Never mind...on the SECOND restart of Quicken after the update, the release notes appeared.
    Using Quicken since sometime before the beta test of Quicken 6 for Windows in 1996... B)
