How to renew subscription from outside USA

Hello. I am a quicken user from outside USA. I am having some problem to renew my quicken deluxe subscription as the payment center will not process my credit card without a valid US zipcode and the paypal option does not seem to be working as well. Appreciate any advise on how to make payment thru other means or if there is a workaround to pay by credit card or paypal. TQ

    I can't advise on the PayPal issue, but just use any zip code, Quicken doesn't send postal mail, just make sure that your email address is correct as that is the way you will get any communication from Quicken.

    Use the address of your country's embassy in Wash DC.  Nothing is ever sent there ... it's just an address verification.
