RENEWING QUICKEN STARTER EDITION

I have Quicken Starter Edition. I want to know if it's worth renewing if I DO NOT use the online portion of program? Will the program still work for me? I just use to keep track of income/expenses.
Any information is appreciated!

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community with your question.

    Please be advised that Quicken Starter subscriptions become Read-Only files when not renewed after the subscription expires.

    In order to be able to continue using Quicken manually after a subscription expires, you would need to be on a Deluxe or higher edition. Also, please note that once a Deluxe or higher subscription expires, you will have an expiration/renewal banner displayed at the top of the screen which can only be removed by renewing.
