Is anybody else getting a JSON error when downloading transactions from USAA?

Here's the error message:

This connection failed, and will not update:

USAA Federal Savings Bank(#######) - Error FDP-101 (CP_SCRIPT_ERROR - A JSONObject text must begin with '{' at 2 [character 3 line 1])


To retry the failed connection, you'll need to start a new update.

After repeated tries, I still can't download my transactions. : |
