Problem With Autoentries

Autoentries stopped working many months ago. I've seen posts about this, but no resolution. Can you help? Thanks.

    What does your Tools / Manage Bill and Income Reminders view currently look like with respect to non-working Auto entry reminders?
    What have you attempted to fix this problem so far?

    Can you please capture one or more images of the parts of your Quicken window showing the issue, sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect your privacy but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s) here?

    Please save images to files of file type PNG, JPG, or GIF only. They're easier to work with than PDF files.

    Tools / Manage Bill and Income Reminders shows Status: Auto, but the transactions are not being entered.

    If you haven't done so already, please try the following actions:

     

    Validate and Supervalidate instructions

    First save a backup file prior to performing these steps

    Validate: 

    1. File
    2. Validate and Repair File...
    3. Validate File
    4. Click OK
    5. Close the Data Log
    6. Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 30 secs)
    7. Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.

    Super Validate:

    1. File
    2. Hold CTRL + Shift and click Validate and Repair File...
    3. Supervalidate File
    4. Click OK
    5. Close the Data Log
    6. Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 30 secs)
    7. Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.
