Received this error once AGAIN this morning. I do not understand why Quicken cannot maintain this connection.

    Hello @Lewis Bernstein,

    We do currently have an Ongoing Active Alert regarding online banking errors with CitiCards, more specifically user's receiving a CC-502 error.
