Check Pay not working with new Chase connection

Things have basically worked since disconnecting and reconnecting to the new Chase online services.  I have one account that I need to Check Pay.  Today when trying to schedule that I get the error below.  The error continued and so I disabled and re-enabled the payment account as suggested which did not work, I continue to get this same error. 

Anyone else?

    Just a shot in the dark ...
    Have you tried Review and Repair Payment Accounts instead? Click the gear icon in Bills, Income & Transfers tab, select Review and Repair then select Review and Repair Payment Accounts.
    IIRC, in another discussion, this was mentioned as resolving the problem without having to disable / enable payment accounts.
