Quicken not entering rent

I have a Home, Business & Rental Property, R43.20. The Rent Manager allows me to enter rent, but it will not post it to the bank account. I tried posting it to a different account and with a different tenant, the same error happened. This seems to be a known issue. The fix suggested by Anja (validate and repair file) in other posts doesn't work.     RESOLVED. Spoke with a Quicken agent and together we found out that deleting the tenant from Rent Manager and adding it back in resolved the issue.
