Unable to login to Quicken Web/Website while using Safari on MacOS

Hello, I am unable to login to quicken web/community via safari. but it works with google chrome. my quicken mac application is functioning okay. on safari, i have java script enabled, changed my passwords and no-content blockers active. please advise.

    Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue with accessing Quicken on the Web through Safari. 

    Have you attempted to clear your cache and cookies?

    Well it's Safari, it doesn't technically have an option to clear cache, but I have cleared my browser history and website data, which sill didn't solve the problem. this also happens on my iphone

    What is the exact error message that you get?
    Are you trying to connect to quicken.com from outside the US and Canada?
