Get a Quickin server falt when adding my Discover Bank account CC 501

I have been trying to add my Discover Bank IRA CD to Quicken. I get an error saying not to contact Discover Bank it is a Quicken issue. Try back in a few hours. Days later and still the same problem. Help

    Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue. 

    I have located a Support Article that discusses the CC-501 error in more detail and provides some troubleshooting steps to take when presented with this error. You may follow this link to access that FAQ. Keep in mind that it is recommended to save a backup before proceeding with troubleshooting steps (just in case). 

    As per the FAQ: 

    If this occurs when trying to add an account

    Wait 24 hours and try to add the account again. If you are still getting the error after waiting 24 hours, please Contact Support.

    Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday.
