  • I am having the same problem. I have a surface pro X. Started within the past week (Jan 30-Feb3, 2023), The error is: Quicken in unable to complete your request. [OL-221-A]

    This happens when I download and try to open the QFX file or when I try to import the QFX file. It affects all 3 of my accounts.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community with this issue. 

    I have located a Support Article that discusses some troubleshooting steps to take when presented with an OL-221 error message. You may follow this link to access that FAQ. Please keep in mind that it is recommended to save a backup before proceeding (just in case).

    Per the FAQ: 

    If the issue persists:

    • Web Connect (Importing a QFX file from your bank's website) - Receiving this error when downloading a QFX file directly from your bank's website indicates an issue with the file itself. You will need to contact your bank to resolve this issue.
