How do I change the "From Account" for Online Bills?

Quicken Windows 2017 Member ✭✭
When I create a new online bill, it defaults to an old, closed checking account. Unlike manual bills, there is no options to change the from account for online bills. I know I change "account to use" each time I post but I don't always remember.

These are the options I have for online bills. There is no option to edit the account or category.0
