Quicken Is Not Opening my data file

I launchd Quicken and none of my data was loaded. I tried importing a backup with no luck. Not sure what happened. All my data looks like it's gone but I have files that won't open.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue.  I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. When you're trying to open your files, what is happening? Are you getting any error messages? Is Quicken coming up to a blank file, an old file, or is the entire program refusing to open?
