Are you getting any specific error codes or messages? Is this a new account you are trying to add or an existing account that was working, but then stopped?

    Dillard’s is blocking connections to Quicken. Quicken support is working on it with no ETA for a resolution.

    I have mentioned before that Quicken directs me to Dillards.com which is their online store. My credit card account should be directed to "https://dillards.myonlineresourcecenter.com" . This may be the issue
