Why do my Capitol One Credit card not show in Vault

My Capitol one shows up on the main page as a credit card. Under tools, it shows up as CC. When I go to the update vault, it is not there.

If I go directly to the accounts under tools, the page opens up to large to do anything but scroll up or down

Only Passwords for Direct Connect download connections are stored in the Password Vault.

Express Web Connect methods have either their password or security token stored on the data aggregator's (Intuit) server and Quicken doesn't need to store it in the vault.

I go to the Capitol One account under tools. It tells me "Improve your connection". Click on that and the screen gets a grey tint and freezes.
