Renewal irritation - NOT expired - but get notices plastered
Has anyone had a problem with Quicken blocking a part of their account to pester you to renew? I don't download from my bank, pay through quicken or anything that they force me to renew for. Very irritating. I had to renew to get them out of Quicken page to add to and reconcile my quicken. Just complaining for something I don't use. I don't NEED updates since I hand put in from my checking account.

the attached shows that I have a subscription paid through July 8 or 9, 2023,
and yet I get a nag denying me online service such as check for updates or One Step Update
unless I immediately pay for an annual subscription through July 9 2024.
How do I know they won't pull a similar antic at any other time?
Every time I get this message there is nothing I can think of doing
except to call their number or chat and phone and chat service are closed.So I am asking the community.
Can someone point to a place where they have a good explanation for their policy?
This has been going on for a while. I can't always satisfy their open hours.

Do you have more than one Quicken ID? The one which Quicken is using and the one you're looking at on the Quicken website?
Have you tried this?• Go to Edit / Preferences / Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts
• Click the "Sign in as a different user" link on the right side.
• Sign out, then sign back in to your Quicken account using your existing Quicken ID.To make sure that Quicken is allowed to update and save its configuration files please check if Windows Defender Controlled Folder Access feature Ransomware protection is enabled.
