Paypal Mastercard - doesn't show Payee

When I connect a PayPal Mastercard to Quicken for Mac, it successfully downloads transactions BUT the Payee on all transactions is listed as "PURCHASE"

Is there a way to get the actual payee names?

    Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What is your connection method with PayPal? You can see the connection method by navigating to Settings > Downloads > Connection Type. Has this always occurred or is this a new issue? Do you receive any error codes or messages? What exactly occurs when attempting to download transactions.
