chase problem

i have three investment accounts (simple method). the connections between Q and chase are not correct - when i deactivate and reactivate- why don't all y chase accounts show up? my only option is to create new account.

Did you deactivate all of the Chase accounts before you tried to reactivate? Any accounts that have not been deactivated prior to reactivation cannot be given a new connection. Deactivate them all and then reactivate Chase. Then all of your Chase accounts should be available to be linked.

so i deactivate all, then when i go to set up the first it requires a log on to chase, etc.
then i reactivate 2nd account and repeat for each account?0 -
ok, seems to have worked. the first set up too me through all the accounts at one time
