It is hitting Quicken Mac too, so I think it is safe to say that it is a problem a Chase.

Maybe error at Chase - or since it’s EWC+ it might be Intuit proxy services

Doubt it is at Intuit, unlike Express Web Connect, Express Web Connect + has a standardize protocol between Intuit and the financial institution. The GREAT advantage of this is that there is only one "program" running for all financial institutions that use Express Web Connect + instead of a "script per financial institution" or such. It is the reason why with using Direct Connect, almost every time you see an error it is because of the financial institution not Quicken. The "disadvantage" is that if you mess up that program (like an update to Quicken) then ALL of the financial institutions using that protocol fail.
