Exercise Employee Stock Option not finding grants with vested shares

I have an employees stock option that was granted on 3/16/2015 and fully vested on 4/4/2018 with an expiration date of 3/16/2025. When I attempt to exercise the option via Enter Transactions | Exercise Employee Stock Option | Launch Wizard | Date 12/20/2023, then I get the message that "None of your grants have vested shares available as of the date provided. Click back to check the date. You may have selected the wrong option or the wrong account". Any ideas?

    Expanded Description

I have an employee stock option that was granted on 3/16/2015 and fully vested on 4/4/2018 with an expiration date of 3/16/2025. Since the Grant Date is in the past, the Vesting Ddate is in the past, and the Expiration Date is in the future, there is no good reason for this message to appear.

    Hello @gobuffs67,

Thank you for reaching out; however, since this is an older post that was originally created back in December 2023, it is less likely to receive an answer now.

I would suggest creating a new post for better visibility and to potentially receive responses from other users who may currently be experiencing the same problem. Doing so will also assist us with better tracking ability in the event that this issue may result in an escalation being required.

Please be sure to include a description of the issue, any error messages, as well as the version of Quicken you are currently running (Help > About Quicken). The more information you are able to provide will help the Community to better understand and assist.

    Thank you!
