Can't Connect and Download FirstBank Florida

I can no longer connect or download with FirstBank Florida. Support spent an hour with me on it, and we discovered that the bank changed its access code and suggested that I call the bank and ask them about it. Called yesterday. They basically told me it was a Quicken problem and hung up.

Is there an issue with them pending?
