What is the status for the Upstart.com loan getting fixed?

I have been waiting since November for my UpStart loan to start connecting again. There has been an escalated ticket open for it, but I still have not received any updates.

    are you able to search by the posts that I have created or the case number? We have been working on this for several months and I really don’t want to start all over again.  This is in reference to case number: 10787025.

    I'm still having the issue as well. My first post was back in Jan 2024. This connection use to work flawlessly. Now its telling me it can't find my account.

    This is the error that I get when trying to add an Upstart account. Even though I am logged into the website and I see my account.
