Download transactions from UBS
I recently moved from Merrill Lynch to UBS Financial Services for our investment accounts. On the UBS site, I activated the Financial Software Download (OFX). The next day, I was able to successfully add all new accounts and link them; however, all accounts have an opening date of 0/0/1900 and no transactions will download. All accounts show Transaction Download as Direct Connect. When I do an update, all accounts show as no transactions to download - there are no error messages. I am using Quicken Business & Personal subscription at version R56.9. Any assistance would be appreciated.

When exactly did this issue begin? Right when you connected the account(s)? Which financial institution instance are you using to connect your accounts? (see below).
