One Step Update Summary Not Showing Errors

Lately I have started to see errors on the "One Step Update Progress" screen, but when it is done running and the "One Step Update Summary" appears, there are no reported errors.

I am also noticing the number of accounts don't match between the 2 screens. I have 18 accounts that appear on the "One Step Update Progress" screen, but on the "One Step Update Summary" I only see 16.

For example: Heritage Bank, on the "One Step Update Progress" screen I see "An error has occurred" next to the bank, but on the "One Step Update Summary" the account doesn't even appear. It is clear that it hasn't updated due to the error, but not sure why the error doesn't appear on the Summary.

Anyone else noticing this weirdness?

    Hello @stevie_22,

To start with, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.

    1. Navigate to Edit
    2. Preferences...
    3. Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
    4. Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
    5. Follow the prompts to Sign Out
    6. Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password

Once that is done, see if the issue still continues to persist.

    Hope this helps!

Hi, I'm having the same problem. Signing out of my data file completely and then signing back in did NOT fix the problem. Any other suggestions?
