One step update
Hello,
I have not been able to update ANY of my accounts on Quicken since Sunday 5/12/24. I get the CC-501 error and it takes forever. This happens with ALL my accounts, checking, savings, investments, and credit cards. I also tried one at a time without success. I have the latest Quicken version R56.9.
Edition Windows 11 Pro
Version 23H2
Installed on 12/20/2023
OS build 22631.3527
Serial number PF3ZL0N9
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1003.0
Thank you.
Diana

Have you seen this?
To receive this on ALL of you accounts would indicate, to me, that it might be a Firewall issue on your PC.

I appreciate you answering my post. I'm not a computer expert, however, I do know that there have been no changes in the firewall or virus protection as far as I know. Nevertheless, I'm not saying that's not the case. Microsoft might have changed something since I use their virus protection. I suppose I will have to escalate the issue.

Since R56.9 update, OSU gave numerous CC-501errors on all accounts using EWC+
"Unable to update these accounts because of an error on the Quicken server", very frustrating.0 -
If you receive CC 501 errors from all of your banks, there may be something wrong with your user profile on the Quicken server.
You need to contact Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation. Your issue needs to be researched by support personnel and, if necessary, escalated to higher support levels.0 -
It's happening to several other users, see this thread:
