USAA transactions not downloading even though there are no error messages

Quicken Version R56.9 on Windows 11

I went through the reauthorization for USAA and I didn't have any problems intitally. The last time I was able to download transactions was on 5/14/24. Since then, it appears that the items are downloading and Quicken shows that it's complete. No error messages. However, no transactions have downloaded. I have rebooted several times but nothing is happening. I tried going to the USAA website to see if I could download manually like I can with Amex or Ameriprise's credit card through Elan, but that is not an option.

How do I get my transactions to download?

    Also needed to add that the balance didn't update either.

    Hello @shrewmama,

    To help troubleshoot this issue, I checked on our end and can see an error FDP-350, expired authentication token. To correct this issue, please backup your Quicken file, deactivate your USAA accounts, then reconnect them by going to Tools>Add Account, and following the prompts, making sure to carefully re-link the accounts.

    Same problem. Followed the steps above with no success. No error, no new transactions, no balance update, and no last updated message under the account title.

    Transactions won't upload from the transaction files that I downloaded from my credit union and credit cards. Sounds like other are having the same issue. The icon flashes as if Quicken see the file and is trying but no transactions come through. Argh!

    if this is NOT related to USAA - please start a new discussion that indicates which bank you are using - and what exactly you are doing.
    Also - to clarify - are you manually downloading a QFX file from your bank - and then Importing it into Quicken ?
