New Robinhood connection method.... wish I had that much $$. It is substantially overstated
Seems overnight they updated how Robinhood connects (we were told this is coming). However boy is it wrong! It broke out investment, crypto and cash. My investment is nearly 3x what I really have and my crypto is insanely overstated.
Deleting the 3 accounts and trying to setup new and see if it does it again.

Update…. cash balance is right (it was right before). Investment balance is right. Crypto balance is nowhere near reality. It is showing Shiba Inu at $.01 (a penny) when it is really 0.00002547 ….. so it is significantly overstating the values.
Hopefully someone from Quicken sees this so they can address it.

Appears thats not the only issue. It shows Litecoin at $34.41 when it is $85.74.

Are you still seeing your Robinhood Investment account using Simple Investing? I first did a Reset which pulled in all 4 accounts (INvesting, Crypto, Cash Mgmt, Spending), and the download method changed to EWC+, but the Investing account was still set as Simple Investing and unchangeable, So I manually deactivated and re-added Robinhood. No change. Is RH still Simple Investing only, or should it now be full-on Investing (whatever that's called; not Simple)?

I agree, Something is not correct, first it was correct, then it showed 3 times the balance. now it is less than what the actual is.

It's showing simple investing for me, visually much different than it was before. It shows EWC+ - Simple investing. However the crypto balances are waaaaaaay off.

"EWC+" and "Simple Investing" seems like a bug. I thought EWC+ was required for "complex" investing (i.e. not Simple). Also, Quicken told me it created a bunch of placeholder entries for the Investing account, but since the account still is in Simple Investing mode, I can't see them. So, a bug for sure here. Yet another feature rolled out before it was quite right. Sigh.

It had me trying to match a bunch of holdings it thought had been renamed, which didn't work out well as I had no clue. Thus I completely deleted my RH accounts and set it up again. It pulled my correct holdings. The only thing that I can see as being wrong is the crypto amounts.
Also this update page does note they are moving from EWC to EWC+
Robinhood is discontinuing Express Web Connect and updating to a new method of providing data to applications like Quicken, called EWC+ (Quicken Connect in Mac).

Could you look into this please. After the change, the amount of shares and totals changed to way more than what they are. even when I change them back manually, after syncing they change again.
Thanks

It's a bit upsetting that they roll out a new feature, it doesn't work, then they ignore our messages. @Quicken Alyssa @Quicken Anja @Quicken Abhishek V @Quicken Bree @Quicken_ChrisC can someone get us an update here?

To each of you, what is your setting for investment quote precision?

Mine was not checked, I just enabled that. But I had gone in and manually changed the value of the incorrect ones. I'll have to see if I can get it to sync again and see what it does. May have to remove the accounts again and set up new.

6 for me. I just checked it (making it 8). I had not made any manual adjustments. I did a "Download positions" for the account, and…. things seem happy now? I don't see any placeholder entries, so that's good.
Too many settings to remember. :)

Update here for everyone. I removed my RH accounts and added them back. Crypto is still significantly overstated. Shiba Inu is showing a penny $0.01 but the actual in RH shows $0.00002290 … not a minor rounding issue, this is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay overstated.
Litecoin shows $34.3103 in QB but in RH it is actually $78.96 so that one is understated.
Also I've noticed the Robinhood Cash account shows that a connection is not available and is not downloading transactions on a day to day basis.
Yet here we are with crickets from quicken staff.

I’m experiencing the same issues. Talked to quicken customer service, they said it was Robinhoods problem. Investments are still showing incorrect purchase amounts and dates,(no where near when I actually purchased it, like months before I actually did) looks like quicken is just getting bad data from RH? Or unable to properly decode what’s downloaded? Who can say. It’s all just a bunch of nonsense data. I’ve tried to delete and reload RH several times, no change.

The most frustrating thing is they advertised that they were going to have an improved RH connection, then they release it, it doesn't work, and not one single employee in the forum chimes in. They are just ignoring the issue at this point.
