Payment declined for Quicken Subscription

I cannot Pay, the message is: Payment was declined, i was trying with 3 cards. I called to cards company and my cards are ok.

If you are trying to pay for your Quicken subscription at the quicken.com website and have problems making payment, please contact Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation
They are the only ones who can walk you through the process.
Do tell the support person whether you're trying to pay for the US or the Canadian version. just to clarify - are you buying the US or Canadian version ?
and you enter all the requested info - click - and get a message back that the - Payment Was Declined - ?
