Unable to set up an Osaic eQuipt acct

I am ttrying to add an Osaic eQuipt broker account to quicken classic windows. In doing so I get the error along the line of - unable to do so because my quicken login/password is the same as my Osaic login/password. However that is not the case - the paswords are different. thnx

    I'm thinking now that the account link is wrong - My account is Osaic equipt without the pershing tag….
