Janus not downloading

I don't know whose fault this is, but Quicken is becoming useless. First Empower does not download, and as of 12-7-23, my Janus accounts have stopped downloading. There is no error message, It just does not add interest and dividends for 2024. I called Janus, and they, of course, say it's Quicken's fault. My Schwab, Fidelity, and Vanguard seem to be updating. Yes, I deactivated and reactivated the account.

    Hello @crescere,

    To assist with this issue, please provide more information. Are your Janus accounts tracking method set to Simple or Complete (To check this, go to Tools>Account List, click the Edit button next to the account you want to check, then you should see it on the General tab, near the lower left of the window). If it is set to Complete, are you missing any transactions? You specifically mention interest and dividends for 2024 are missing. Is other information downloading properly?

    Please stop the [Removed - Language]. I have done this. Janus and Empower no longer download to Quicken . YOU people need to contact these people and find out why they no longer work with Quicken

    It is set to "complete". Nothing happens when I do a one-step update or an update in that account. I have not received any updates to my account since 2023.

    Does Quicken act like everything is good, but then show 0 new transactions? If something else is happening (such as Janus not showing up on the One Step Update Summary at all), please provide more information on exactly what you see.

    If you haven't already done so, I would recommend that you backup your Quicken file, deactivate the account, then try adding it as a new account instead of linking to the existing account. If the new account is able to download, that would indicate a file-specific issue.
