Chase Accounts Do Not Update With One Step Update - Requires Updating with "Update Now"
For the past couple of weeks my Chase accounts are not updating when I run "One Step" update. All other accounts download transactions, but not my Chase accounts. Not sure if this occurred after an update or not.
Instead, I have to select one of my Chase accounts and do an "Update Now", transaction details are then downloaded. I have checked my One Step Update Settings and accounts are all checked, so they should update (as they have been previously). Anyone else having similar issues and/or a solution?

Hello @bobandsherry82,
To start with, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.
- Navigate to Edit
- Preferences...
- Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
- Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
- Follow the prompts to Sign Out
- Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password
Once that is done, see if the issue still continues to persist.
Let us know how it goes!

QA - I'll give that a try, will report back next time I do a One Step and have transactions for my Chase accounts. Thanks
